Sales Account Manager

    Some of the duties of this position include:
  • Contacting potential clients to develop new relationships
  • Meeting and demonstrating software to potential clients
  • Analyze and make recommendations for new sales initiatives
  • Extensive travel is a requirement in this position
This career will require that you travel throughout North America. Our clients are in some cases military and government so you will need to have a criminal and security clearance done as well as carry a current passport and have no difficulty with crossing borders.
    Qualifications we are seeking:
  • A University or Technical institute degree
  • 3-5 years of Software Sales experience in this or similar industry
  • Excellent client communication skills, presentation skills, a sense of urgency and an attention to detail
  • Hardware and software communication skill
  • High level of software literacy
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Self motivated and able to work independently while still be a good team member

Support Technician(s)

You will be responsible for providing customer support to our Web Work customers. You will also perform testing services on the software.
PLEASE NOTE: In order to accommodate our East Coast customers, hours for this job are 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM Monday to Friday.
    Some of your duties are:
  • Provide customer support via phone and email to customers running Web Work
  • Investigate and solve problems
  • Test software internally
  • Coach customers through technical issues
    Qualifications we are seeking:
  • 2-3 years experience in a Technical Support or Customer Support role
  • Ability to understand what client is asking for and gathering relevant facts and context
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor degree/diploma in Computer Science or other relevant experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to perform logical testing and debugging
  • Experience with Microsoft IIS Server, SQL Server, Microsoft Server and Microsoft desktop OS

Project Manager(s)

An exciting opportunity has just opened up at one of the world’s leading maintenance management software companies!
You will be involved in project management, training and implementation of our flagship software. The majority of your work will require travel to our client’s premises.
    Some of the duties in this exiting position include:
  • Work with clients to develop implementation plans for our software system
  • Create project documents and reports for both the company and the client
  • Provide training for users on site or at our head office
  • Facilitate communications with clients to ensure timelines are met and clients are informed and satisfied
This career will require that you travel up to 75% of the time throughout North America. Our clients are in some cases military and government so you will need to have a criminal and security clearance done as well as carry a current passport and have no difficulty with crossing borders.

  • A University or Technical institute degree
  • 3-5 years business experience in this or similar industry
  • Client communication, project execution, sense of urgency, attention to detail
